Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1/1/2025

ZASPY Software provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions under a monthly subscription model. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Monthly Subscription Fees
All fees for monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. This includes charges for hosting, support, and service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the account management portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error

  • Failure to provide service for a sustained period (e.g., service outage exceeding SLA without resolution)

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to [billing@yourcompany.com] within 14 days of the charge.

4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Once the trial ends and the billing cycle starts, charges become non-refundable.

5. Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact our billing department within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and resolve it in accordance with our policies.
